DigiCirc holds the final event of its acceleration program for Blue Economy
The final event of the Blue Economy acceleration programme, the DemoDay, will be held on Wednesday 27th April 2022 at Centro Tecnológico Naval y del Mar (CTN) in Fuente Álamo, Spain. As it will be a hybrid event, a link will be provided to participants who will not be able to attend the event physically.
During one day, the 15 consortia that went through the DigiCirc acceleration programme, will pitch their solutions in front of a jury of experts. The 5-best ranked will be selected for receiving €100.000 to develop further their solutions.

MAKING-CITY generates a footpath that supply older buildings with energy
The footpath is just one of the initiatives from MAKING-CITY, the Smart Cities and Communities European project launched in 2018. The project also focuses on the public space, scholar facilities, commercial spaces, rental buildings with the ambition of bringing out efficient, verified and replicable methods and business models for PED design.
Four prototypes dedicated to Paris Region's urban planning challenges
The AI-based solutions developed within AI4Cities European project are firstly expected to meet the cities objectives in terms of GHG emissions management to reach carbon neutrality, but also to have concrete impacts towards their public policies. The tools developed within the Greater Paris Metropolis territories aim at providing solid knowledge of the cities’ buildings stock and/or mobility habits, in order to define the strategic decisions to make.

Let's study the potential for the DIY4U concept to be applied to the customized production of other solid or liquid FMCG or similar products. The aim of the second Open Call is to find new Use Cases for the technologies for customer-centric customization of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) developed during the project. With this Open Call the consortium aims to find new usages for these technologies enlarging the customization and finding new possible exploitations for the digital platform and the fablabs after the end of the project.
